Loren Marti brings over 20 years of expertise in data science with a deep focus on CPG and retail analytics. Having delivered transformative solutions at industry leaders like Kellogg, ConAgra Foods, and Acosta, Marti grew frustrated with the decline in analytics quality over time. As “Data Scientist” became a trendy title, he increasingly found himself inheriting broken systems. He saw the push to “save money” through commoditization and outsourcing often backfired, costing companies more in failed projects and missed opportunities. Shaped by his time in the Marine Corps, Marti learned to strive for perfection or face failure. This fostered a no-nonsense, ‘tell it like it is’ approach that defines his leadership even today.

Determined to restore integrity and competence to the field, he launched Analytics That Work LLC. His passion for building reliable, high-impact systems drives our mission to deliver results that truly work.
